1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MyClawFun ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
MyClawFun provides cloud hosting and related services for OpenClaw-style assistants. You may purchase prepaid credit packages as one-time transactions. Credits may be applied toward hosted instance capacity, add-ons, or partner-integrated flows as described at checkout.
- Credits are non-transferable, non-resellable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
- We do not automatically enroll you in recurring subscriptions — billing follows the product you select at checkout (e.g. one-time packs via Stripe Checkout).
- Service availability and features may vary. We do not guarantee specific uptime percentages unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Service Delivery
- Hosted services and digital add-ons are delivered according to the product description shown at the time of purchase.
- Credits or entitlements are reflected after successful payment processing, which typically occurs within a few minutes but may take longer in rare cases.
- We may adjust pricing or offerings with reasonable notice. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize charges for the selected items. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at support@myclawfun.com with your Stripe receipt or transaction ID. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we determine that usage violates these terms or applicable law.
7. API & Partner Integrations
If you integrate with our checkout or webhooks, you are responsible for passing correct identifiers and securing your endpoints. We are not responsible for failures caused by incorrect integration on your end. Contact us for integration support.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyClawFun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
